Dean’s vision, persistence, perseverance, integrity, ingenuity, and resourcefulness have taken West Construction from a small remodel company in the late 90’s to present-day competitor in the Eastern Oklahoma Multifamily market. Dean thrives on solving challenging projects and seeing his team conquer. As president, he oversees and assists all departments; business development, estimating, preconstruction, operations, and financial performance. Dean enjoys spearfishing, bow hunting, fishing, and golf in addition to spending time with his family.
Andrea is a 15-year veteran of West Construction and is the heart of the company. Her constant presence and thoughtful nature is key to the smooth operation of our internal processes. Andrea provides steady support for both office and field personnel, as well as subcontractors, vendors, clients, and anyone else doing business with West Construction. Andrea is a mother of two and enjoys spending time with her beautiful family.
James is an experienced manager with over 20-years of experience building high performing teams. As part of the development team, he is tasked with analysis of projects as well as interacting with municipal officials, partners as well as other professionals on each project. When not working, James enjoys spending time with his wife and pets.
